I truly hope you love your purchase, but I understand sometimes things don’t work out the way we hoped. beau la vie boutique makes returns simple and easy!
If you are not completely loving your item, I’m happy to offer store credit only. The best part — your store credit never expires and can be used on anything on the site!
Returns
- Items can be returned for store credit only within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be approved before being sent back

Please include:
- Reason for return
- Order number or tracking number
- Verified delivery date
Once approved and received, store credit will be issued.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- You must email within 2 days of delivery
- Include photos and a description of the issue
Shipping Fees
Shipping is non-refundable.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping ($75+) but your return brings your total under $75, the shipping cost to send out a new item (for an exchange) will need to be paid through an invoice before it ships.
If you choose a return instead, store credit will still be issued within the 14-day return window.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are final sale:
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Holiday items
- Hats
- Flash sale items
- Celebration styles
- Any items purchased with a discount code or automatic discount
Return Conditions
Items must:
- Be unworn
- Have no stains, odors, or signs of wear (including self-tanner)
- Have original tags attached (if applicable)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
